Was doing the escort missions, and thinking...

It would be cool if, say, I owned 4 Behemoths and a Centaur in a station, I could go to a "For Hire" section to hire NPC pilots to fly them. The higher the pilot rating, the steeper the price, plus profit sharing, etc. This way, you could determine the cargo and destination, and carry a hell of a lot more stuff through the nexus. It would also make escorting the convoy more intense, as those are now YOUR ships, containing YOUR cargo.

Don't know how feasible this sort of thing would be, but I'd imagine it would largely be an adaptation of the code behind the current escort missions.
