Yeah, it is a big bother if you are buying more than one type of cargo.

It's more useful than annoying, IMO, but I agree that there could maybe be a checkbox to turn it on/off.

I'm a big fan of auto load. most people only buy cargo when they are about to trade with it. there is really no point in stock piling cargo. it's not like wine, it doesn't get better with age.
(go me with the crazy analogy)

I dislike autoload, because I DO buy cargo to stockpile. I had about 200 widgets in sc14 at one point, so I'd never have to buy it again. And I keep small reserves of sc18 widgets around the galaxy incase I find myself dead without any money, that way I can sell the widgets. So yes, it IS nice to have no auto-load.

I thought that the non auto load was very RPG esk in the sense that you had to "equip" everything, even your cargo load. It was amusing at first but I found very little use for it and no keyboard shortcuts. That's what I hate the most I think, not enough keyboard shortcuts on the "Ship" tab. Too much mouse has to be used, and that just sucks.
