Improving Warp Jump Effect
-I JUST SIGHNED UP FOR VENDETTA
-I DID SO BECAUSE IT DOESE LOOK SO PROMISING.
-WHY CAN'T THERE BE BETTER SOUND EFFECTS WHEN
-JUMPING THROUGH WORMHOLES, MAYBE A SONIC BOOM?
-THE VISUALS ARE GREAT THOUGH.

Sonic booms require an atmosphere, there is none in space.
Of course, we hear sounds ingame as if it were Star Wars, and people have always tried to come up with a variety of explanations for this, from deliberate feedback so humans can fly better, to the simple "so the game's more exciting" (i.e. non-RP reason) bit, which is the truth. Still, I'm not sure a boom would work for it, some kind of "whoooosh" would be better in my opinion.

As for sound effects whilst warping... is the Wing Commander stuff still off-limits? Because the 3rd installment had neato jump animations. Pity, I couldn't find a video (with sound) for it.
