That's... part of the reason I think it should be less-often-seen. People get annoyed by it or just ignore it altogether, and then if/when changes to dome up, they're oblivious.

Am I correct in thinking that EU data protection laws to not apply to Guild as well?
regarding guilds obligations,
doesn't the EULA say that Guild can take unilateral action along the lines of banning accounts without any notice or explination? if it doesn't it probably should as that would support the whole "it's Guild's game they can do whatever they want with it" idea.
anyway, i do agree that the EULA should probably only show up every update, as while not legally an issue lisence dilution is a very anoying and in my opinion serious problem, especially in the US where so many of us have less patiance than sence.
