I went to see how the game download was and I couldn't figure out how to get the Bittorent download to work. I used bittorent in the past and I know there is suppose to be a samall file for me to download but I couldn't find it. Someone who hasn't used it will have even more trouble.

i do think that the bittorrent option for downloading the game is long gone. so you need to download it from their servers.

HTTP is faster anyway.

Bit Torrent was more convient because the download could be split into very tiny parts. This is especially good for people with dial-up, since dial-up people can play the game. It would be bad to lose connection after several hours of downloading and have to start all over again.

Also, I never tested it but why is HTTP faster?

It is faster when there are fewer people downloading, because the HTTP server has more bandwidth. But, as more people start downloading, HTTP gets slower and BT gets faster. I would hope that when/if the devs do their big v2.0 push, they'll put the torrent back up, because I wouldn't want to download the game from their 3 HTTP mirrors if there was a lot of traffic.
