i was wondering if there could be ships that are much bigger than common player owned ships but not quite capships. in other games and movies they are called corvettes. for example a it could have two special ports in front for extra strong heavy weapons and 2 or 3 turrets for defending against fighters and 35,000 to 65,000 armor and turning would be faster than a moth but not great and size somewhere between a moth and a trident but closer to a moth. its main role would be for assaulting cap ships or hive skirmish when at least a hive queen is involved. i think it could add a new dimension to large scale battles. also i think the moth should be in the light corvette category if this is ever implemented.

I suggested this a few weeks ago. People around here refer to them as gunships I think. I think it's a great idea. They could have mutliplayer player capabilites too.
