Could the sector chat be changed so that it is not the same as Mission green. I have been very confused a couple times when someone said somehting that I thought was the mission computer.

Huh. It's what I like about VO. If you're interested enough in it (and have the time to spare), you can customize it to a great extent, if not, you'll have to make do with the standard.
