capital ships.... auto-eject and formation mapper
a few thoughts while I was watching the Connie-Tera-HAC Deathmatch Gone Wrong (tm)...
--it'd be nice if capital ships had an autoeject mechanism; it could spring once the ship hit 3% hull, and also just before it warped out of the universe.... issues are *painful*
--it'd also be nice if convoys could keep to a set formation via the help of a "formation mapper" type thing that would plot a series of dots in, say, a phalanx; just tell each ship's AI to keep it centered on its own little dot... (is there a server-side coordinate system the AI can use like this??)

On this note, I think if you're in a Turret, and its destroyed, you should die as well.
You'd have the die-hard players manning the damaged turrets (the ones in strategic locations of course)
But it would be dangerous, and it would give people assaulting more of a reason to go after turrets, rather than just avoiding turret fire and focusing on the ship itself.

Good idea, Shape.
