I was reading the slightly rediculous thread about White text, and thought of a suggestion:

Sometimes while holding events it's complicated getting in touch with guides to help out. We can post on the forum I guess, but that's maybe silly. I usually contact them in game if I see them, and they can get the message out, but that is maybe too complicated.

Could we get a short form somewhere that allows us to send requests to guides while they are offline? Maybe a simple form that posts to the guide forum or something? This way we can get in touch right away to arrange whatever help we need.

I like! ...or, once buddy-noting is IM-ified, just make a bot named "Guide Inbox" that spams the note out..

..or I suppose we could do that now, even..

Hrm. I can see this being useful in the future when there are 50 Guides, on paid salaries from Guild Software, that spend their lives in VO taking care of the thousands of people online at any one time.

Right now, a simple /msg should do. Whenever I /msg a Guide or a Dev, they have never failed to get back to me almost immediately.

Yeah, same here, Im just thinking of times when there aren't guides online.
