Would it be possible to establish a offline chat either by using a configurable IM like Gaim or through the VO website? I am not sure if this would open the door to security hacks but it was a nice feature of EQ2. Even if the messages are delayed. I'd imagine some type of block would have to be setup incase a SPAMMER gets into the system.
