Hmmm... consensual... we should add a clause in the EULA or the TOS somewhere about it.

"You hereby agree that you understand this is a PvP-pervasive game and therefore you can at any time be engaged by anyone or anything else and shot, killed, camped, typekilled, rammed, mined, ganked, rocket/missile spammed, and/or back/front rolled, AND THAT THOU SHALT NOT WHINE ABOUT IT!!!"

Of course, I can see some players not being in agreement and leaving...

My policy is as follows:

1) Ask people if they want to fight first. If they say no, respect that and move on.
2) If someone is fighting me and runs away in the middle of the battle to repair or reload, let them. Return the favor at some point in the future. If they complaing when I run, tough shit. "All's fair in love and war," right?
3) If someone spams me with homing missiles, return the favor.
4) If someone attacks me while I'm dueling someone else, via the /duel system or not, don't return the favor, but make an attempt to fight back. Most people you'll duel will get the idea and either help you, or they'll sit there and wait for you to chase off the attacker. Sometimes they'll even let you repair.
5) VO is a game, first and foremost. When it comes down to the issue of playing with/against jerks against enjoying the game, enjoying the game always wins.

My policy is as follows:
