I know this has been brought up before, but with the new stuff coming is there any chance that some sound FX may be added? IMO one of the things that could improve Vendetta immensley would be the addition of a wealth of sound effects to help immerse people in gameplay more. Even things as small as different sound FX for the cap ship guns (I know they're not finished yet, please don't flame me!) could really do wonders. I know there's a lot of talented people in the playerbase that might be willing to contribute their own sound FX to help out.

I would love to, but I'm running myself ragged with my current stuff. I had a couple of people (experienced audio engineers) volunteer to work on sound, but they never actually produced anything, and I haven't had any time. It's something we want, and I'll get to it when I can. Right now I have a lot of core stuff on my plate.. making the game understandable to newbies, making the economy and faction systems not stupid, yadda yadda.

I understand. Glad to know it's on the plate though =)
