It's damn annoying to window and unwindow everytime. And sometimes your fps goes to crap after you window.

P.S. - Yes, I know it's been suggested before.

Ha, I was about to ask the same thing myself. Though I'd be fine with a hotkey to jump from window to fullscreen mode and back. I've only played one game so far that while in full screen could do tab switching sanely.

I'd also like ALT+TAB support for Linux, but im guessing that would be a real pain with all the different WM's out there, and how they all handle ALT+TAB.

I'm no Mac guy, so I could be wrong, but I'm fairy sure it would be easier to add a hot key to MacOSX too that switches between full screen and window mode (which in turn means you can minimise it or whatever you Mac guys call it), but like I said, I could be wrong.

I asked a dev about this once ingame. The Command-Tab that noramally activates application switching on Mac is blocked by something in the full screen mode, and if I remember his explanation correctly, is an issue with the support in the OS, not VO. A hotkey would be cool though...

Most Blizzard games allow you to switch between windowed and fullscreen with cmd-M, and something like that here would be nice too.

I believe Apple's OpenGL is the culprit for cmd+tab switching, but that doesn't explain why you can do it in Halo.

unreal used to do cmd-opt+enter to return to desktop (minimise) hmm is thr not a way yet ?
