Suggestion: make the most up-to-date version of the game available when people do a fresh download of the client. To my surprise, I just wrapped up a fresh download of the game, launched the client and then got zapped with another 36mb download via the update utility.

That said, the new fiber-optic broadband connectivity in-place handle all of those bytes with ease. :-D> I can't imagine that'd be a fun experience for those with smaller Internet pipes, though.

Yeah, we're going to roll a new version, but probably not until all the new ships are in place (a few weeks). Otherwise there'll still be a doozy of a download for all those new textures and such.
