Reason being, that it should cost you -more- to have a BO outside of your homeground.

We need to keep at least _SOME_ Space-Quakeness in there, or the game loses that which makes it unique, and ultimately, in my opinion, worth playing.

I could see that, Cunjo. How about double the free storage I suggested at very friendly (>750+) capital stations, same amount at all friendly (>500+) nation stations, and none [free] anywhere else?
