Advancement of the Vendetta Storyline

After two years not much conflict has taken place, due to the re-construction of Vedetta-Online, however with the new UI beginning to take a stable form, I think making vendetta more storyline driven should start to happen fairly soon. So far we have mild skirmishs in Sedina between all races, Sedina is pretty much the only active area on the vendetta servers.

With the new UI and mission editor (Read news, its still coming) I'd like to see the following changes in Vendetta-Online.

1.Due to the Itani/ Serco conflict the Deneb/ GR borders need to be actually guarded. For instance stationing several capital ships at the wormhole sector, and roaming border patrol. If your at conflict, or are on the major edge of one, you might have some defense's no? Perhaps even more roaming the ITAN capitol system, as the capitol shoud be the most guarded. Of course the same with the SERCO in Sol II, and to a lesser extent, the UIT.

2.More Levi's and shorter respawn times. Perhaps one per system, and in active areas like Sedina, two or maybe even three. Respawn times should be dropped from 6 hours to about 3 at the most.

3.Hive Hunt missions expand out from Sedina, to include some nation space, and most if not all of grey space.

4. Multiple Behemoth models, such as mk1 and mk2 variants.

5. Larger capital system stations, Divina and several other systems have pathetic sixzed stations.

I've got many more, however lets digest these few for now.

1. Capships are already slated to enter the BP arena in GR/Deneb.

2. The Hive is still being tested. When it rolls all over the Galaxy, there will be only three Leviathans in the whole galaxy, away from newbie sectors, and you will require capships to take them out, too. This is what the Devs are aiming for, anyway. Spawn rates will still be dependant on the speed with which the Hive expands in a system, tho.

3. See above.

4. Incoming, once the Devs decide how much to nerf the current version.

5. This is a definite yes. I go to Ukari Command, gawk at the sheer size and traffic (when there are convoys) and then go to Sol II and laugh at the itty bitty "capitols". Then again, Union space tech is superior to both Itani and Serco, and thus it stands to reason Union stations should be far more awesome to behold.

6. Multiple missions. this is a MUST. We MUST be able to take on as many missions as we feel like taking, and we should have a mission tab in the station that helps us organize, rank, and prioritize the missions. Timed missions should have a time-remaining stamp. When you log off, timed missions continue counting down.

7. Allow for player-based mission content (approved by devs). Which I think we're getting. Would be nice.

8. I think once the current push is done, Incarnate should bring the backstory up-to-date. Interweaving the exploits of current players, guilds, and storylines into the official backstory would be rather interesting, and also serve as a source of pride for those lucky enough to be mentioned in it.
