I never read anything with that amount of leetspeak, so I'll just say the obvious:

If you're such a hacker that you can only write in leet, make it happen from where you're standing, ananzi! And don't give me BS about being a hardware thing or needing to touch the server. If you're such a great hacker you can do it thru the Internet, otherwise you're not a hacker, you're a hack!
