What about selling space on the billboards to real-world business's ..I.E. My company builds high-end Game PC's so it would be nice if people that play the games knew about my company....I'm sure that larger companies, like Alienware would have a marketing budget for it .........

I'm sure if you gave them a $100+ "donation" they would gladly do it.

/me already mentioned that to the devs... /me wanders off... It'd be great to see though... It would mean that the devs would be getting at least a little money for their hard work...

Nooo! I already get enough spam! I don't need spam occurring in the video games that I play! Fake advertisements like the one in 9 that sort of add to the feeling of depth of the game world are okay, as are ads for in-game guilds and such, but real-world ads? People play games to get away from the irritating things in real life, not so that they can be harassed by advertising. I'd rather pay a subscription than have to see annoying animated real world ads on the billboards.

What about just 'BOG OFF'?
