Sector Idea
I think the sectors should be bigger, but still have the wormholes in the same places. Then you could go explore and it wouldn't just be flying into nothingness, there would be roids, and maybe secrets as well! I also think the sector backgrounds need to have a more solid-black colour behind them so they look more realistic.
Incarnate allready heard my rocket suggestions, so this is all for now.
Completely agreed!
And we really need backgrounds, I tried all the background settings, and only the extremely high one had stars in it...
*cries* I want stars, I am tired of my solid black background with a single white sun in the middle. Doesnt look very good.

Hmm... The backgrounds work fine for me... What OS?
Mac OS X 10.1.5
I tested the backfrounds a bit... and:
Off: Black with a sun, no stars.
Low: Lots of funky colors in weird patterns, doesnt look like space, but as a wireframe of yellow, green and red. No stars.
Medium: Black with a sun, no stars.
High: Black with a sun, lags like hell, no stars.
Very High: Black with a sun and in some sector a planet or two, no stars, lags a lot.
Extremely High: Lots of stars, good looking, planets, a sun. Lags a lot.
:( I really want a starry background at Low...

i suggest you get 10.2, lots of fixes and stuff.
Yeah, I don't get much of a skybox on the eMacs that my parents run Classic on (I have to use 10.1.5). 10.2.5 is a hell of a lot faster, and a hell of a lot nicer.
is it really faster? Maybe I should get it... damn I am poor, maybe next month or the month after that.
Thanks for the tips
