I ran into a couple of commands that no longer work:

Weapon3 through Weapon7 - Replaced by Missile1 through Missile3 and Mine1 and Mine2: These were just replaced by the new commands, but do the same thing. Weapon1 and Weapon2 still work, just use the Missile and Mine Commands for the other weapons groups
