Payment options for Busy People
First of all: thank you for great game!
There are people in the world (including myself), who really want to play MMORGP, such as Vendetta, but have very restricted spare time to sit in front of display and actually play.
They are concerned, that if they pay for a month, and then have no time to play, the money would be in vain.
I suggest to add an option to buy ONLINE HOURS. This will alow such people to join, and I know at least 6 people who would do so in instant. I believe they are not alone.
Thank you in advance.

That said, I like the idea, but AFAIK it unfortunately doesn't make economic sense.

I myself and many other people have suggested this in the past, you should read the following thread before you post.

I also know of a couple people who would play if they could pay for online hours.
EDIT: Urgh... Tyrdium beat me to it...

OT: Corwin's sword's name is spelled "Grayswandir". Is that what your nick is supposed to be, or is it a coincidence?
> Corwin's sword's name is spelled "Grayswandir".
It has historic reasons. Once I have read "The Guns of Avalon". After a couple of years I had to choose my first internet nickname. I remembered, that Corwin's sword's name was somehow connected to "grey", "swan" and "d?r" suffix. That's what came out. When, after another couple of years, I got my hands on the whole "Chronicles of Amber" and figured out the correct name, the nick has posessded its own life.

I am really sorry.
I looked at the page, but somehow have missed the topic.
Sorry again.

As Hoax said in mentioned discussion, this would give the possibility to play the game to people, who otherwise would not play at all. I don't really know how much does it cost to maintain single user, but usually it is divided to disk space, CPU/RAM and network bendwith. Where only disk space is permanent, and is pretty cheap. Regarding the other two, we talk about people, who can play usually 3-2 hours at weekend. There are not a lot of such people, those, who have more time are vast majority. It is entirely possible to assign additional server power for weekands, and reallocate their resources somewhere else(such as development purposes) for the work week. This is what I do with my servers, although with other schedule and purpose.
And it is known, that userbase is a snowball. Such low-profile users can bring a lot of full-time ones.
