For the record, I didn't understand any of what Graig said.
However, I think that if we had a random angle that we could watch us warpout from, that would be way better than it is now. Right now, it looks the same *every time*...more or less, excluding the boost-warp camera glitches that happen.

I'm bumping this to tack on another item to the wish-list.
I would *really* like to see ships begin to trail sparks/embers/hot metal for at least a few seconds from where they have been hit. For example, if I shoot a centurion in the wing, and it's travelling straight forward, it would start trailing a thin golden stream of sparks and smoke from that spot.
