More CtC type missions would be nice.
i like the idea of the CTC. i think it would be cool if there were other types of missions like them. maybe a special uit ship that could only be made if the uit players collectivly make enough trade runs of the right materials the prior week. you could have several such missions for each faction. maybe even some border encroachment. depending on how many players of opposite factions are killed by players maybe you could see a bulk up in patrols or something. so for example if the serco players are getting mauled by the itani this week you might see alot of serco npc patrols pop up in the sectors where they seem to be getting killed the most. or maybe border patrols would bulk up.
further expansion on this could lead to player border patrol missions (which i believe are in the game in some form. havent seen them yet though) and if enough player border patrol missions arent done for the week that border might start seeing some encroachment by the other side's NPC's and stuff.
little bit of mingling of pvp and pve to give players something tangible that isnt a lic lvl.

Yeah, well, CTC does need a bit more variety
CtC needs more participants.

well i personally like the idea of the ctc.. i unfortunatly chose UIT before i knew anything about it so there isnt much incentive for me to participate.
The only think I would change about ctc is that I would not make it that EVERYone of the winning side got the reward, instead only those that participated, and only to the amount that they have delivered in pure xith. So that there is no stockpiling. Stockpiling is what kills ctc imo, because once you have a hundred or so in cargo holds across the universe, why should you participate any more. By only rewarding those that participate you will make others participate to get the reward as well.
also, ctc could be expanded to include all the special ores in the known univers, not just the xith. Right now, all the ores that we mine are good for is trade, period. With no real crafting in place, ctc is it. Have routes start all over the universe and have some crisscross or meet and join for a while, have them going on constantly, not just from two stations, and everyone just sits in a single sector (for each side) and waits for it and kills it in 5 seconds.
