Boring stuff: Fixed many issues with the code regarding SQL and password security

New stuff:
-Added CSCTF ranking page
-Added API token generator
-Added Windows, Linux and MacOS scripts the user can download that will be populated with their unique ID token on download so they can update existing plugins with ease or install all their plugins on a new system with a single command
-Added help page for the api token and updater
-Changed the My Plugins page to act as the authority for the update/downloading scripts
--Ask (default behaviour) the scripts will prompt you on update/installs and take a y/n response
--Install: the scripts will download and unzip the plugins without prompting
--Download: the scripts will download the zip and place them in the plugin folder without extracting
--Skip: the scripts will ignore that plugin
-If you have a non standard install location you can either set the env var PLUGIN_DIR on your OS or edit the scripts default, it's near the top on all 3
