VOUPR Changes
Voupr has been moved to a new server as my old one was too crufty and impossible to maintain
Major changes have been made
#1 https://voupr.spenced.com is now the public/prod site (no change there)
#2 https://voupr-dev.spenced.com now exists, any changes to voupr will be staged here automatically via git actions
#3 Voupr is on github, anyone who has griped about it needing a feature or if you find a bug can make a feature request, pull request or make an issue ticket and maybe someone will look at it

When changes are committed they will be posted to the dev site via a git action and you will either have fixed a bug or added a new feature, or be taken out back and shot for breaking the dev site.
