Simple plug-in that lets you send a mayday message to the chat of your choosing. Also includes the "TargetBinds" plugin.

Example: (guild) [Deneb B-12] MAYDAY! MAYDAY! I am under attack in Deneb B-12 by -Wash- piloting a Trident.

You can choose between: sector, system, group, guild, and active channel

TODO: Make it send the message automatically when taking damage.
