This threads purpose is to centralize efforts on the development of a plugin that can reproduce the function of a lost "Holo Disk" containing archived information, represented by a "digitized scans" of images that look like vintage physical sketchbook pages of a book.

Pre-authored "Holo Disks" would suffice, but it would be ideal if this had the ability to create your own new copies with custom content, like a blank.

Running the above command should open a UI box with something similar to the below image



Clicking on the image should open up either a box which requires a password/keyphrase to open or just open up the contents.
