Hey guys, was wondering if anyone is interested in helping to shoot a VO trailer. Was also wondering if anyone has any great screen capture devices mac or windows that can capture content in hd. I'm pretty handy in fcp and after effects so i think i could make it pretty badass with a few "actors". Gonna need some intense combat sequences :P

Try Fraps and a really beefy computer.

I'd help with this (as an "actor" - not sure if my gtx 760 is beefy enough for 1080p capture) if you ever get around to doing it. You can find me on IRC most of the time..

There is ShadowPlay for nVidia cards series gtx 600 or above, (only for Windows, I guess). It's intention is to record high quality videos with "minimal performance impact". (And some other stuff.)

For you ShadowPlay could have advantages over fraps. I never used is as I do not fulfil the requirements.

PS: They added a framerate counter as an addin or module which might be more precise than fraps.
