I've been flying around a bit taking screenshots to put into the new version of the Manual that I'm working on, and I figured it'd be nice to let everyone have access to them. They are all horribly dark.

Aye. Take them from the other side of the sun, or in a system without such a red star. You can't see the ships at all in those pictures.

I think the only ship for which there is not a picture already (in terms of shots for the manual) is the raptor. And at least for the purposes of manual ships, the shots should be taken against no background. Much easier to see that way.
