Plug-in scripting tutorial for review
This weekend I started writing Vendetta plug-ins for the first time. I started by looking for a tutorial with some "hello world" level introductions just to get started. I didn't find any tutorials so I made one on the wiki.
Since I am a beginner to plug-ins myself, I may have missed something important in my tutorial, so I am hoping someone with more experience with plug-in scripting will be willing to look it over and provide feedback - if any.

Might want to check here: http://vo-wiki.com/racecar/index.php?title=Main_Page
It doesn't have a tutorial (far as I know) per say, but lots of information and links you will find most useful are located on that site. Also, if you are writing lua tutorial/training material the racecar wiki is probably a better place to put it then the main vo-wiki.
EDIT: after glancing over your document I realized you already link to racecar :) Anyhow, nice job so far, wish something like this was around when I got started.

Nice work, should make it easier for people to start.
Btw i added os specific information about where to put plugins.
I'm also very tempted to deCAPify it, but so far i didn't. >.>

Thanks for adding the OS specific info, Maq!
If GETTING RID OF MY EXCESSIVE USE OF CAPSLOCK would help the page fit in with the style of the wiki, I'm all for it.
My goal for yesterday was to push through the bulk of the topics I wanted to cover in one day, so that I didn't start and leave something half finished. I was not overly concerned with grammar.

Unless new feedback comes in, I've basically finalized the tutoiral. I also added a link to the tutorial from the "racecar->Main Page->Overview Page".
It's a wiki if someone decides it's not good enough he can fix it :)
