I know its silly but it was suggested someone make a whine plug in for our favorite player. I wanted to learn a little bit about lua so i made it. Its based on the lies2 plug in made by Miharu and Aramarth. They are thanked and credited in the plug in i "made".

I tested it and it works. The files are 5, 10, 40 and 50 secs. There are differnt versions of the 5 and 10 sec ones. It looks for whine1 through whine18 on any chan and plays a baby crying/whining.

You should add a trigger for "waa*h" so that anytime someone types waaaaaah it plays the basic 5sec whine.
