Sounds shamelessly ripped from Unreal Tournament 2004 (all save one).
Someone more patient than me can explain how to install it.
Edit: The latest update makes it useful even for people who don't do CtC, by allowing programmable countdowns. It also includes a volume control, and an option to disable the CtC countdown/announcement capability. (Volume and CtC settings are saved to config.ini.) Can someone edit the subject to reflect the change?

Great plug-in. Now even when i'm afk i will know whats happening with the transport. And the voices are so funny.

Caution: The file "297gq_abbrev.ogg" plays so loud it blew one of my speakers.

The "convoy launched" effect is the General Quarters klaxxon on the USS Ling.

Yeah, I don't mind temp-mirroring stuff, but wouldn't want to put it in someones archive while the author is not present either, although I suspect Solra would not mind, as long as credit went where credit was due, it's simply not up-to me.
