dullbot borked?
i recently installed the dullbot plugin for my Mac OS X and whenever the bot attempts to take a screenshot, it causes my client to crash. has anyone else experienced that or can suggest fixes?
I don't have a Mac and never tested it there.. so it doesn't surprise me that there are issues.
Are you running it with jrobotserver? If so, what happens if you don't have it running and start the bot.
Is there anything interesting in errors.log?

Hmm, broken here too spuck, in Debian. It did work pre 1.8.24 but seems to just spin me in circles now, eventually failing with a "nothing to fall back on" error.
Odd..it just ran fine on slack. Maybe I've uploaded a bad copy. The one that's currently up is what I'm using though.
The no fallback error should only happen if you are in a wormhole sector or storm and it can't connect to the server... but that would happen directly after taking the first screenshot. Maybe it's cause I made it ignore connection errors to get it to work on windows.. I guess I could try something slightly less crude :/

all thats happening, is it says screen dumped to dump.png or whatever then vendetta just closes.

robotserver.lua won't work on a Mac unless you've built the libraries it depends on yourself (or found copies somewhere).
What about jrobotserver.sh?
If you feel like it try this version. Maybe it will at least not crash and print an error instead.

I'm suspecting that I'm sending something over a connection that isn't actually established and the mac version of the game doesn't like that.
