lua changes for version 1.8.1
- New function: GetBSStats() returns two numbers.
The numbers range from 1000 to 0 and are for the Border Skirmish sector. At least one will be 0 if the Border Skirmish isn't running or you are not in the sector with Border Skirmish.
A new HUD control is constructed on the left side of the screen under the addon/cargo/mission icons.
