I added the ability to skin the different mouse cursors and the navpoint images.

<skin>/hud_wormhole_reticle.png

<skin>/hud_waypoint_reticle.png

All the mouse images are pre-multiplied alpha images, just like the other interface images.
The reticle images are additive to the scene for now. I may change that in the future, though.
