Thought this might be useful for people to have since fullscreen glow can take a toll on a GPU.

Basically what this little plugin does is change your full screen glow setting in ion storm sectors, and restores it to whatever the variable is inside the lua file. It's not automatic, nor does it have a CLI or a GUI. If you want it to automatically load up at start, just put it in a plugins directory, rename it to main.lua.

I seriously doubt this thing can screw up vendetta due to it being so simple. If it does, well... Sue the hell out of me if you can find me.
