This addon will overlay your target's (mostly)precise health percentage over their healthbar in the HUD. Extract the folder inside into your addons folder and either restart VO or use /lua ReloadInterface() to get it going.

This is nice, thanks. Strange, though, that it only overlays the percentage if you have windows up. For instance, if I press 'u' to show the sector list and select a target, the percentage doesn't show while the sector list is open. I have to press 'u' again to hide the sector list for the percentage to overlay on the health.

That is because the PDA healthbar and the HUD healthbar are two entirely different things. The former is both a pain in the rear end to overlay stuff on(No idea why) and doesn't actually update when someone's health changes. Try it, just target yourself or a buddy, hit 'u' and have your target crash into a roid.

And by pain-in-the-rear, I mean either it's not visible, or VO crashes.
