BEST way to deal with VO addiction:
1. (optional) Get married.
2. Have kids.

Kids necessitate at least minimal feeding and supervision, or the authorities tend to come down relatively hard on you. They're good for 3-4 hours of non-VO time every day.

A wife or husband will also necessitate at least minimal attention otherwise you end up losing half of your stuff, which could include the computer you play VO on, so it behooves you to maintain a healthy "Spouse Faction Standing"

Other ideas: buy a house or maintain a lawn, various social groups, exercise, or even a job.
