Favourite Type of Cheese
Plz fel freeze to postorz your fav typez of cheez and include a sample.
All I want to point out is that you're not British so stop spelling favorite as favourite.
Forget cheez, it's all about the curds & whey!
I like a really sharp cheddar with a nice merlot - and a book.
Cheddar - as sharp as possible
Monterey jack - sharper the better, but it's not supposed to be as sharp as cheddar
Pepperjack - *drool*

Bah! Take a look at this list... http://www.fromages.com/library.php
I just googled that site from "French cheese". The list is almost exhaustive, with cheese that is hard to find even in Paris (!) like the dauphin or the trois cornes. Their choice of wines is not very good though.
If you ever come to France or Switzerland, try this: a Mont d'Or at ambient temperature with a glass of white Saint Aubin.

Just a quick reply ot redd cactus:
I'm not british, and I spell Favourite as such. I also spell such wacky words as: night! Honour!
And where am I from? CANADA!!

Canada, Britan? Same thing. Night is night here in the good ol' USA also unless you mean knight.
