Behemoth is unbalanced!
In order to avoid spam on the forum, I'll be breif. Let me just state that the upcoming announced Behemoth trader is completely unbalanced for the current game, its turnrate is too fast for its weaponry/mass and its just a perfect rocketplatform that even the mighty Prometheus cannot bulge.
The top speed needs to be reduced, it has too much cargo-hold so it ursurps the Agresso and Mineral Marauder from their place in the game, not to mention that the Valent Marauder is now completely useless.

I demand that it is reduced in capacity so that it is beatable by a fitting fightership, such as the Hornet mkII.

hmmm, i'm stuck at work, are there stats for the behemoth posted in the in game news or are you just being sarcastic spider?

What spider is saying is true, the Behemoth (bem? bee? beh? ) is going to be too big for its size, too fast for its speed, it should be nerfed ASAP (can you nerf a ship? did NERF make ships too??)
It docks way too good, it enters the dock just after you press the activate key, how are any other ships going to keep up with this monster?
To rebalance things i suggest making the bem (bee? beh?) jettison any cargo it has upon leaving the station, and to give evreyone a fair chance, its engines should only be compatible with the free battery, and the gov pea shooter its only gun, thanks =D

Its not the Beh that needs to be rebalanced its the other fighters! In the -7 days I've been flying the Beh I've been killed 50,000 times! Its not fair I tell you! I demand that all the other fighters be nerfed to bus status! My subscription to vendetta relies on this, and if guild does not comply to my will and my will only then you can expect this customer to go away! And I'll be taking Corvus Prime station with me.
The Beemer is the most reliable ship that I have (n)ever flown. One could say it handles like a dream.
Spider is a troll. I think you should ban him from the game. We as a community dont need this kind of disruption.

I think the Behemoth is fine the way it is; though its cargo hold should be reduced to 2 to make up for its abilities as a rocket platform.

The Beemer really could use a few more small ports and maybe a couple more large ports too. Perhaps if they did away with *all* the cargo space?
it has too many small ports and thats a good thing, i was fighting a person who equipped his beemer with tons of AGT, it was like fighting the frig
I have an idea!
Make another variant of the beemer with the same cargo space, but no weapon ports. Call it a "cargo hauler" variant. Leave the basic one with all the ports, but give it 0 cargo space. (Maybe decrease the top speed of the cargo hauler variant by 10m/s or so and give it infiniboost.)

heres my idea:
armor: 6500
mass: 5000kg
weapons: 1s
cargo space: 11
top speed: 230m/s
thrust: 200 N
spin torque: 6.5 Nm
drain: 50/s
this would bring it more in balance with the other ships.
