Andy mentioned this thread to me, just now in our office. Over the sound of server fans next to me and music playing on the stereo, I thought he said "Ability to buy hummus". Not an unreasonable request, I guess, the ability to trade hummus between stations. I've never been that into it personally, but some people are..

Hummus is primarily ground chick peas (AKA garbanzo beans) along with ground sesame seeds, a little lemon juice and a few other variables.

Coincidentally, the same substance was found in the heads of the writers of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.
