Here's a handy reference for n00bs:

It's is not, it isn't ain't, and it's it's, not its, if you mean it

Also useful capitalization:
I helped my uncle jack off a horse.
I helped my uncle Jack off a horse.
I helped my uncle jack off a horse.

don't forget spaces...
a space is the difference between
therapist and
the rapist.

Also, always proofread carefully to make sure you don't a word out.
POLISH is a word in the English language where capitalization changes the pronounciation.
