beautiful. This is something that is really amuzing, Urza: please continue on how this goes, about the jail time, nothing will happen because he isn't using the fake licence for "Illegal" purposes, just for "goofing" around. Remember, if you are sued by that guy for not fulfilling your part of the deal... what can he do? sure MR. Sam will be sued, but then again he will simply find that he hit a brick wall.
plus i am not sure how the suing between countries works, because i know each country has to have certain requirements, and hopefully as long as urza didn't use his home computer for all this, the scammer(if he would bother for 20 bux) could get the authorty involved and track the ip of your home computer, then you would be in trouble for impersenation(just hope that the name is fake, because if it is actually a person out there then you are in trouble). But you gettin in trouble banks onthe scammer bothering over 20 bux when he can be arrested for scamming
have fun urza, ride the wave as long as you can stay afloat
darth out

What truely worries me is how easy it seems that Urza is managing to do this. US Passports and ID's are supposed to be forgery proofed documents, however I do commend you for being able to do this.
However, the legal implications are astonishing:
Everyone that reads this and does nothing could be deemed an "accessory" to charges.
Conspiracy to comit theft
Theft
Falsifying a US Federal Document
Falsifying a US State Document
Illegal transoceanic transactions
Mishandlement of monetary funds overseas.
The case would probably go to the country you have the most damage done to, however the US has a treaty that says you cannot be extradited to serve jail time, thus, you will be charged in a US Federal Court and placed in a US prison and no other country can get their hands on you. Thus, your pretty safe from foreighn problems, but your going to be in some hotwater with the US feds for doing most of this.

It finaly ended cause the scammer's a dick, but here's a thread i posted that has everything, start to finish:

The Passports and IDs ARE hard to forge, but he was just sending copies, not attmpting to replicate the actual items that would allow one to examine their various watermarks and holograms.
