They're pretty decent, but they're also pretty strong. I can't eat more than one or two, and they need to be eaten slowly...
Yick, those things sicken me. I prefer home made cinnamon covered donuts :>
Apple Cider donuts are da bomb. Unfortunately, they're only good if you get 'em from Vermont in Fall. MmmmmmmmmmmmMMMMMMmmmmmMMMm.
MMmmmmmm Apple Cider donuts.
We got a lot of sweet teeth on these forums :S.
Can someone ship me a box of those apple cider donuts [sic] in San Antonio please. They sound good (or at least interesting). Also send a case of *AUTOCRAT* Coffee Sryup. I've run out. You can pick that up in Rhode Island on your way to Vermont. Thanks.
Apple Cider Donuts. Mmmmmm. As a native Vermonter, I can appreciate all products from my native land, especially if they're donuts. Let me now sing you also the gospel of Grade A Fancy Vermont maple syrup. Here's how it goes:
Grade A Fancy: True Grade A. Light, thin, not overly sweet. This is sugary nirvana, the best of the best, and it's 50 bucks a gallon.
Grade A Medium Amber. Thicker and more intense than light amber, medium amber is generally what's considered light amber for Canadian syrups.
Grade A Dark Amber: Known in Vermont as Grade C ("cooking syrup"), it's the 'real maple syrup' that all of the fancy restaurants charge you 95 cents for.
There's nothing quite like Grade A Fancy on waffles, and if you're used to a heavier grade (or, Serco forbid, cornsyrup-based fake sweetfluids), you may be expecting something sweeter. Do not be dissuaded or fooled. You cannot make a thousand-fold sword with your heaviest smelting hammer, nor dishonor the perfect stack of sunday-morning pancakes with cooking syrup.

There are PEOPLE in Vermont?!? :P
paedric, it's Autocrat, not Autocrate. It's kinda funny that you can't get it outside of New England. Actually, most of Maine doesn't sell it either. Anyhow, the donuts don't get good until October or September, when the Apples are local and ripe.
Yeah Rogue, I know. I was tired and late for bed. Was a time you couldn't find it outside of Rhode Island. Guess it's finally made some inroads or Rhode Islanders are just jumping ship and demanding that stores in their new area carry Autocrat.
So.... you going to send the coffee syrup and donuts or not? :-Þ
