My weekend is/was fun, went up to cape cod, watched fireworks on friday, then went to Vermont on Stratton Mountain and am going to watch fireworks later today.

Heh, I passed by the Esplanade as I was coming home from the AZ in Harvard Square. It was insanely crowded... I just stayed home and watched the Twilight Zone marathon... :D

OH man I had the greatest time, I lit a kerosene soaked tampon in many orifices. Oh damn, when those things blowup, THEY BLOW UP. It was fun. :P

I lit some bottle rockets, and some state legal crap, we had a really big one that fires in 3 directions at once and finishes with a huge sparkly ending. Twas fun except for all the june bugs that flew in my face, and one that hooked on to the side of my neck...didn't feel good rubbing it off. (/me jitters)

The hill where the fireworks show we watch "traditionally" catches fire every year on the Fourth due to the fireworks. And it didn't this year. I'm saddened.
