Indeed it does. Graphics look pretty darned good. Will there be any dogfighting or is it street fighting exclusively? Flying Faye's ship would be fun!

According to an IGN preview, you can play as Spike, Jet or Faye. Spike has his Jeet kune do, Jet has the Bulldog style.
