So, I tought it would be fun to put a japanese name for my msn nick... within 0.2 microseconds (rough estimate) I got attacked by an anime-fan. And am now waching anime (neon genesis to be precise). Actually it's quite nice, but it has such a nice (or not) way to end a show: cliffhangers, cliffhangers, cliffhangers.

So expect me to not be online on vendetta that often for the comming few days/weeks m'kay?

Yeah, but the later episodes get pretty boring and monotonous... I gave up at around episode 46... If you want some good beginner fansubs, watch Scrapped Princess... Oh, and as a rule of thumb, Anime-Keep's fansubs are great...

i guess to suggest Mr. Miyazaki's works could be completely whack?
Oshii also made very interesting movies (Patlabor 2 the movie, gits -duh!, jin-roh. don't watch avalon, it sucks).

pyro, i know that miyazaki is well-known (heck, in japan, they consider his movies to be "normal").
nevertheless, he makes very good movies (coherent plot, nice animation, pleasing character design, among other things).
