Something tells me you won't need to open the car door very far at all in order to get enough clearance for it to be freed.

Since nobody has given a valid answer and i am bird lover I'll give you some tips. It's a pigeon or dove and they often fall out of their nests but this one is very young. Pigeons/doves don't open their mouths for food so you have to open their beak and gently feed them with a syringe. Pigeons/doves feed their young undigested seed when the babies are older so a healthy porridge mixed with a little ground seed will do. Or you can go to a pet shop and buy a baby parrot formula which works good just by itself. You can also take it to a pet shop or maybe a vet will raise it for you. Since it's quite young it will need warmth all the time until it's fully feathered. They grow quickly so if everything goes right it should be fine. Sorry for the late reply:-/.
Careful to not overfeed it at feeding time because they can be greedy little things
Thanks
Based on his one word response, I imagine this bird is toast.
Satan child killed my birb
:-(
chances are it will die, but google is your friend for things like this, not VO forums lol
Greenwall log on and be active please, VO is boring without you.
Thank you 7Rooivalk7 for being a decent human being on the internet.
I hope your bird makes it, put an old alarm clock in the nest for warmth/ to mimic a heartbeat. Don't know how valid it is, but I've raised several birds from eggs and that's always something I do. Don't know if it makes them feel better, or just me feel better.
cheers.
also I second the parrot formula, it's good stuff.
