Hey VO,

Sorry I have not been able to be around much as of late. My GF has started her treatment for Hep-C, not Interferon, but the new treatment Harvoni. We had been waiting for years specifically for Harvoni because Interferon can make the person feel very ill during treatment making a year cycle of it very trying.
The Harvoni is making her feel very ill as well, and some of the medication she takes for her stomach cannot be taken with it so she is having to adjust to that.

Bottom line right now is that with two effective jobs and three kids to take care of, I am making sure to step in where she can't right now as we go through these three months of treatment. But my tank is on empty and trying to find the time to do other things, even if they are things I enjoy is hard to do. So I find that the little time I have to game at all I am choosing to isolate and not play anything online.

We will get though it and I have been reorganizing/painting/staining the garage to start recording VOA stuff out there, so I plan on coming back and stepping up the production value. But if you wanted to send some thoughts/prayers/positive vibes my families way, it's much appreciated.

Since I do plan to be a pastor or Biblical Scholar in the future I will send a prayer for you and I'll give at least one or two Bible verses. (I can only remember one good one right now.)

I suggest reading Psalm 23 to comfort you. Not to mention, I'm not going through a completely pleasant time myself. But God will get me through it (again see Psalm 23), he can do the same for you!!! God bless. And keep up the good work on VOA. It's like my VO news...
