A couple memorable essays by Sci-Fi authors (partly) inspired by Disneyland
I feel oddly impelled to share these here:
How To Build A Universe That Doesn't Fall Apart Two Days Later, Philip K. Dick (1978)

In The Beginning Was The Command Line, Neal Stephenson (1999)

I had to laugh out loud twice reading PKD's description of somebody sneaking into Disneyland and replacing all the artificial machines with real animals. Stephenson's descriptions are also classic and inspired.
